Today, Rihanna released the music video for her song,”B**** Better Have My Money” and it is everything you wished it would be and more.

With a complete storyline, Rihanna shows the graphic consequences of messing with her money. Set with an entourage, she is the cold-hearted ring leader with motive to kill.

In the beginning we are introduced to both Rihanna and a woman in two different scenes: Rihanna is on her way to a destination, dragging along a chest, while the woman gets dolled up, picks her dog up, and heads out the door. Soon the two ladies are in the same elevator. The door closes, reopens, and out walks Rihanna, the chest, and the dog.

From the camera angles and shots, to the different scenes and outfits, Rihanna has brought back the concept of bringing a song to life and what it means to visually understand it.

By doing so, Rihanna helps the audience to understand the inspiration behind the song.

The best part? Rihanna herself helped direct the video, along with Megaforce, a group of 4 directors who do music videos, advertising, photography and art direction.

Chilling, cold-hearted, ruthless, and unapologetic, the BBHMM singer has truly set the standard of a well directed music video in 2015.
